Dueling Fiddlers Perform AC/DC at Carilion Clinic Cancer Center

The “Dueling Fiddlers” duo scheduled to perform at the Jefferson Center on March 28, 2010 visited Carilion Clinic’s Cancer Center and performed in the Blue Ridge Cancer Care waiting room. They covered rock band AC/DC’s “Back In Black” and picked up everyone’s spirits, including staffers who danced along. Lots of fun was had by all!

VTC Nearing Completion – Tag Along on a Tour!

On March 18th, the Junior League of Roanoke Valley Sustainers took one of the first group tours of the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and Research Institute. Highlights of the tour are posted below, including video clips of the library behind the distinctive three-story curved glass wall, and main lecture hall.

Miss America 2010 Visits Carilion Clinic Children’s Hospital (updated with video)
